For our first time on the cruise, we picked the best cruise ever Rhine Christmas Holiday Markets Cruise from Basel, Switzerland to Cologne, Germany. We had been stranded in Amsterdam for 24 hours due to weather condition and KLM personnel incompetency, and missed the first night and 2nd day of the cruise, but once we stepped foot on the ship, Hildegard and the crew made use feel welcomed and relaxed. The staffs were outstandingly friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was fabulous. The atmosphere was relaxing and yet our day was filled with activities, walking, eating, laughing and most importantly making new friends. The ship itself was very quaint and beautiful.
